SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped via USPS.
please allow all orders of having a standard 1-3 business days to process, this time frame is not including weekends.

$7.99 flat rate shipping on orders under $75.00 Orders over $75.00 will have free shipping.

4-7 Business Day Delivery. Plus 1-3 Business Days of Processing.
Boss Ladies Boutique, LLC does not ship on weekends or holidays. Please take into consideration we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packaging, once the package is shipped and USPS takes over. Once your order is placed, please allow a 1-3 business day time frame the processing of the order. Please contact your nearest USPS store in regard to any mishaps while in transit.
Lost, Stolen or Misplaced Package
USPS and UPS packages are insured unless you choose otherwise. Please take into consideration this is the only way to get your money back guaranteed from the carrier due to their mistake of lost, stolen or misplaced package. You also have the option to select signature required (highly recommended) on every order you place. A signature requirement can be requested for a small fee and will be added to the invoice, properly inform us on your order within the notes. Once the order is shipped safely and properly from our end, the matter of any problem will have to take place between the customer and USPS. We are not liable for any lost, stolen or missing packages and will not refund or replace them.
Undeliverable/Wrong Address Inputted
If you package is sent back to us due to undeliverable/wrong address you will be required to buy a new shipping label for us to ship your order back. As shipping carriers do not allow the re-use of the original label.
OOS:
If your order includes multiple items and one or more of the items are out of stock: we will first notify you to see if you would like a different size or color of garment/s and if no same day response we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. Out of stock items will be issued a refund for the item/s at the time of shipment. please allow a 3-10 business days to see the refund post on your account.
Local pick up selected instead of shipping:
If you select "Local Pick-up" on an order that was supposed to be shipped, you will still need to pay shipping costs since it was supposed to be paid at the time of purchase. Orders will not be shipped out until shipping is paid. Please contact us via email to pay your shipping costs.
